Why can't I open attachments in Hotmail?

- Suppose it is very urgent and you don't have any other email provider then you can change the extention of a file to .txt and then try to send it to the hotmail user.
- You can try to hide the not accessed file in to the "Rar" file or in "Zip" file.
- One more thing you can do is to you can forward your attachment to that email address where you can access those attachments easily.
