Lines in email
Most of the email programs like outlook and email provider like windows live hotmail make those blue lines into the left side of your email message body for helping you to understand the particular part is the replied part of email which has been sent by email recipient with respect to your sent email.
On email proram their is a facility to embedd your emails with the particular email sender or recipients if the email has been forwarded or replied they embedd emails after emails and that time they put up the blue line to negotiate what is the reply.
The blue line feature is enable by default on most of the email program and email provider, If it is not enable then you can enable it with going into settings option of email account. Or if you want that this blue line doesn't have to appear on your email's body then you can disable the particular feature too.
Sometimes when you replied to any email then email program insert the blue line and more even problem arise at the time when the email recipient also reply to you with respect to the email. after that blue line also appears on both message first at the part where you have sent email and in the second part where your email recipient replied to you.
So it is easy either you need to disable the feature or use the given steps to remove the particular blue line.
Use the following steps to remove the forwarded blue line.
- When you try to send an emai and if the blue line appears into your email message.
- Put the cursor into your email body anywhere.
- press the CTRL And A
- Now press the CTRL And C
- Now press Delete button.
- After that press the CTRL And V
With those steps you can easily remove the particular Blue line of the email body.
