Outgoing Mail
It may or may not be possible that you get the recipients list which you put up in the bcc field at the time of sending the email from outlook express. There are some email provider who show the bcc list on the recipients end on ":To" field if you send email from outlook express. Quite frankly i don't know why those email provider doing this as far as i can guess may be they want to reduce the "Undisclosed Recipients" factor from email. Or may be they want to reduce the number of outlook express user with this technique. so user will use other email provider or email program then outlook express.
It is quite possible that if you choose given email program or email provider so
you will not be able to see bcc recipients at ":To" field.
